Rugby is a Drag sets new heights in its fourth year. Superbowl Fat Run and spring practice news.

The 2020 fourth annual Rugby is a Drag show and fundraiser was once again a huge hit and a tremendous success, raising over $1500 for Casa Q. Last year's runner up Miss Fadi B took home the top honors this year with Miss Daisy in Chains a very close second. The New Mexico Brujos would like to express their gratitude to everyone who helped make this year our most successful yet, including fabulous guest emcee La Saveona Hunt, DJ T-Enemy, Sidewinders, and the gorgeous and talented local drag queens for their performances and help with the costumes and make-up. We absolutely could not have done this without all of you, and look forward to making this unique and fun event even better next year. Cheers!

Superbowl Fat Run

Sunday, February 2 at 10 AM, prior to some football game or something, the Brujos will be hosting a foothills run in Embudo Canyon. This run started years ago as a fun way to knock the winter fat off in anticipation of the season. We’ve since turned it into a fundraiser for suicide awareness. Please join us for the “hash” style run. It’s a race and there are drinking challenges set up in secret locations along the course. $5 minimum cash donation.
