NM Brujos face Scottsdale this Saturday in Santa Fe in the first round of the SWRU playoffs. SWRU playoff weekend in Santa Fe. Santos vs Tucson, Atomic Sisters vs Las Vegas. Spring practice continues.
The Southwest Rugby Union playoffs are here at last and the New Mexico Brujos are smack dab in the middle of all the action! And the good news is rugby fans don't have t go far to cheer on their favorite local teams because this year's playoffs are in Santa Fe! The NM Brujos will face the Scottsdale Blues at MRC Fields at 11 AM this Saturday, April 20th. Should the Brujos prevail they would face the winner of the Santa Fe Santos Tucson Magpies game on Sunday (more on that below). It's not every year Brujos fans get to watch their team in the playoffs so get up to Santa Fe this weekend and root on the boys in blue! Que viva!

SWRU Playoffs Weekend!
As mentioned above Santa Fe is hosting the Southwest Rugby Union Men's Division 3 semi-final and finals, as well as the D2 Women's final between the Atomic Sisters and Las Vegas. The NM Brujos and Scottsdale kick off the festivities at 11 AM. The Santos and Tucson game will kick off on another field at 11:30. The Women's final will kickoff at 3:30 PM. The Men's final between the two winning teams on Saturday will be played Sunday at 11 AM. We are fortunate to to have this much rugby in our state this weekend so let's get out there and support regional rugby so we get more in the future!

Spring practice continues!
The NM Brujos Spring SW Rugby Union playoffs are this weekend so it's important to get out to practice and stay sharp!
NM Brujos Spring rugby practice is every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 PM at UNM Johnson Field, located at 2401 Redondo Dr NE, Albuquerque, NM 87106.
 New Players and all skill levels are always welcome! Cleats, mouthguard, and water very much recommended.
