The New Mexico Brujos and the Atomic Sisters hit the streets last Saturday to spread their unique message of Rugby and Pride at the 2024 Albuquerque Pride Parade. The two teams were a huge hit with the parade crowd, showing off their rugby skills and spirit to the onlookers lining the streets with some well placed line outs and classic rugby cheers. Mayor Tim Keller even paid the teams a visit to express his support for local rugby. All in all it was a great day of inclusive fun that furthered the cause of local rugby along the way. Thanks to everyone that showed up!

NM Brujos head to El Paso for Sun City 7s this Saturday!
The New Mexico Brujos kick off their Summer 2024 schedule this Saturday, June 15th with a trip down South to the Sun City 7s in El Paso. The tournament kicks off at 9:30 at Sue Young Park with a social to follow at Craft Box Brewing. This tournament is always a blast so head down to the NM/TX border to support the boys in blue!

NM Brujos to host Duke City Sevens next Saturday!
Beat the Summertime blues, kickoff your Summer 7s schedule and join the NM Brujos next Saturday, June 22nd at 8 AM for the Duke City 7s, a round robin 7s tournament with all our local friends. This impromptu tournament is a great way to tune up your Summer 7s tournament skills and stay sharp for the Fall. Social to follow.
Registration is only $150 per team to cover refs and the social, single person $20 registrations also available!
So save the date and we'll see y'all in the Duke City next weekend, Que Viva!

Summer practice begins!
The New Mexico Brujos Summer season is taking shape (more on that below) so it's more important than ever to get out to practice!
NM Brujos Summer rugby practice is every Thursday at 6 PM at UNM Johnson Field, located at 2401 Redondo Dr NE, Albuquerque, NM 87106.
 New Players and all skill levels are always welcome! Cleats, mouthguard, and water very much recommended.

Summer 2024 Schedule!
Summer rugby is here! Now that Brujos Summer rugby practice has begun (more on that above), it's time to look at what's ahead for the New Mexico Brujos 2024 this Summer!
The Brujos kick off the 2024 Summer season with a trip down South to play in the El Paso 7s this Saturday June 15th. Next weekend the Brujos will be hosting their own Summer 7s round robin tournament, the Duke City 7s on June 22nd. After that the boys in blue head North to play in the Denver 7s National Qualifier on June 29th. The Brujos head even farther North the following weekend as they head to the Cowpie Classic in beautiful Steamboat Springs, Colorado on July 6th. The Summer season concludes with a friendly against the newest team from down South, the El Paso Jackalopes on August 3rd.

Wizardfest 2024 Tickets on sale now!
Put on your dancing cleats, it's time to celebrate! Join the New Mexico Brujos for the 2024 Wizardfest (AKA Rugby Prom), and celebrate the past year in Brujos rugby and honor the stand out players and dubious events that made the 2024 season one to remember. This year's ceremony will feature NM Brujos hall of fame inductions, player awards and more!
Once again this year's event is being held at our great sponsor Sobremesa Restaurant and Brewery located at 3421 Coors Blvd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120
And thanks to generous donations from NM Brujos Old Boys there's a $2000 open bar!
Festivities begin at 5 PM.
