The New Mexico Brujos Golf Tournament and fundraiser tees off this Friday, Oct. 30, but there's still time to sign up your team or sponsor your business

Please join the Brujos on Friday, October 30, for the 2026 Brujos Golf tournament at the beautiful Los Altos Golf Course. The tournament is best ball with shotgun starts beginning at 9 AM There will be prizes for longest drive, worst shot, closest to pin as well as gift bags and other assorted shenanigans.

Beer for Brujos at Beaches

Our friends at Beaches Sand and Sports Bar, home of the Sandia Sandstorm tournament, have figured out a novel way to help local rugby using the New Mexico Brujos favorite beverage, beer!

Beaches is donating $1 from every pint of Sierra Blanca Rio Grande Lager that they sell to the NM Brujos.

What an easy-not to mention fun-way to help out Albuquerque's premier rugby team, all you have to do is drink beer!

So head over to Beaches for some vollyball, trivia night or any of the other many fun things they do there, grab a lager, and help local rugby. Sounds like a win/win to us! Que Viva.

Brujos at High Desert

Members of the New Mexico Brujos will motley up with some friends this weekend to particpate in the High Desert Classic on Saturday, Oct. 24, at Phil Chacon Park located at 7505 Kathryn Ave SE, 87108 . Kick-off is at 10:30 a.m.

After that the NM Brujos will see the pitch again for the Atomic 10's on Nov. 10.

The Brujos will also be throwing a Blue and White scrimage sometime in either October or November and participating in Turkey Touch in late November.

It should be a busy fall for the boys in blue as they prepare to defend last year's SW Rugby title this spring.
