Encore! A curtain call would certainly be deserved because once again the New Mexico Brujos' Rugby is a Drag (Show) was a huge hit and raised over $2000 for Casa Q! This year's show saw 12 show stopping performances with Dorian "Dirty Dee" Bunn surviving a three way tie and lip sync/dance off to secure the title of Miss Rugby is a Drag 2026. Dorian won the crowd over with a little help from his love Julia and will be a great title holder this year. Thanks to all the performers, you all seriously killed it this year! Special thanks to our gracious hosts Sidewinders, our OMG emcee Seliah DeLeon , former NM Brujos President emeritus Adrian Perez for coming in and dropping the fat beats, and last but certainly not least, our 2026 Rugby is a Drag Director, Noah Silva, who not only put on an epic show, but strutted it on the main stage as well. Another round of thanks to all our sponsors for their generous donations. Lastly we couldn't have done this without the support of all our New Mexico Brujos teammates, wives and girlfriends, family and friends. Can't wait to do it again next year! Que Viva!
Brujos Open 2026 RGRU Season vs Santa Fe Sat.
The long Winter is over and so is the wait, Brujos Rugby is back!
That's right, this Saturday, Feb. 7 the New Mexico Brujos kick off their 2026 spring league season against Santa Fe in Socorro.
This week's match kicks off three straight Saturday's of rugby for the Brujos, so make the short drive down and watch 'em all this season. Rugby kicks off at 2 p.m. with a social to follow at the Capitol Bar.
The season is here, the playoffs are the goal, go get 'em Brujos, que viva!

Superbowl Fat Run Postponed
This Sunday's planned Superbowl Fat Run is postponed and will be rescheduled at a later date this spring/early summer. This is an event the New Mexico Brujos feel strongly about so stay tuned to your Brujos news networks for the new date.
Sisters Kick Off Season
The Sisters are back too!
If you can't make it to Socorro but still want to check out some local rugby, head to the Rio Rancho Sports Complex and cheer on our friends the Atomic Sisters for their first game of the spring against Phoenix Women's Rugby.
