NM Brujos top Camelback 39 - 29, eye playoff berth. Host El Paso in two weeks. Sisters host touch tourney this Saturday in place of cancelled match. Spring practice continues.
The New Mexico Brujos' playoff chances took a huge step forward last Saturday with a high scoring 39 to 29 victory over visiting Camelback Rugby. The win takes the NM Brujos to 4 and 1 on the season with an all important match with El Paso looming in two weeks. Should the Brujos win against the Scorpions, a playoff berth is all but assured. A loss would make everyone do math, and nobody wants that. Speaking of the El Paso match on April 6th, that match will now be in Albuquerque at Vista del Norte park having previously been scheduled for Socorro. Time still TBD so stay tuned.
The playoffs are in sight, let's go Brujos! Que Viva!
Sisters to host touch tourney this Saturday!
This Saturday at Vista del Norte Park the Atomic Sisters will be hosting a touch tournament in place of their league match that was cancelled. All are welcome! They will set up teams as people arrive. In addition all are welcome to join them at Juno after for a drink or 2. or 3

Spring practice continues!
The NM Brujos Spring SW Rugby Union season is almost over and with the playoff on the horizon so it's important to get out to practice and stay sharp!
NM Brujos Spring rugby practice is every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 PM at UNM Johnson Field, located at 2401 Redondo Dr NE, Albuquerque, NM 87106.
New Players and all skill levels are always welcome! Cleats, mouthguard, and water very much recommended.
