Last month the New Mexico Brujos family suffered a crushing blow with the loss of their former team President, longtime board member, tournament director, and brother, Brad Greene.
This Sunday, July 13th Brad's family and friends will gather for a Celebration of Life at 2:00 PM at the New Mexico Veterans Memorial Park, 1100 Louisiana Blvd SE #5009, Albuquerque, NM 87108 to share stories and celebrate the life of one of the most amazing people any of us was lucky enough to have in our lives.
Brad's family has asked that you bring your Brad stories to share, because anyone that knew Brad for even a moment, had a story.
In addition, for the next month any donations made to the New Mexico Brujos will be made in Brad's name and go 100% to a cancer charity of his family's choosing.

There's no part of the NM Brujos organization that Brad didn't leave a lasting impact on. Even this Blog was his brainchild. Thanks will forever be insufficient to express what we all owe Brad for the generosity he showed all of us throughout his far too short time on earth, but it will have to do for now. We love you Brad.
Sandia Sandstorm Beach Rugby Tournament! Sponsorships available!
With only 3 weeks until the 2025 New Mexico Brujos Sandia Sandstorm Rugby Tournament, team slots are filling up fast with many teams from around the region such as Santa Fe, El Paso, Los Alamos, The Ciudad Juarez Gallos and, of course, our good friends the Atomic Sisters, participating. There's still time to register your team for this one of a kind tournament, but don't wait!
Registration for the 2025 New Mexico Brujos 5 on 5 Sandia Sandstorm Tournament, scheduled for July 26th at the Duke City Beaches, is now open! And now you can get further involved by sponsoring the tournament (more on that below!)
This is gonna be a fabulous time at an amazing location, with men's and women's brackets, a dunk tank, DJs, and even Yoga sessions to keep everyone limber! And registration for a 12 person team is still only $300!

Summer 7s Practice and Community Touch Wednesdays!
The New Mexico Brujos kicked off their Summer 7s season last weekend with a tournament championship at the Sun City 7s, so 7s practice is paying off!
Until further notice the NM Brujos will be holding 7s practice every Monday and Thursday at 6 PM.
