Brujos keep it close, fall to Santos behind two second half scores.

On a perfect Albuquerque spring day, two early second half scores proved to be the difference in the Brujos 29 to 22 loss to the Santos on Saturday. The Brujos led for most of a very competitive first half, but failed to convert any of their first half tries, eventually trailing 17 to 15 at half. But two early tries by Santa Fe in the second half put them up for good as the Brujos only managed one second half score. Michael Merrel got two of the Brujos four tries.
