Brujos Fall 2018 season in review and looking toward Spring 2019

Maybe it started at Denver 7s. After a win-less 2017/2018 Rio Grande Rugby Union season, a Brujos 7's team went on a tear at the Denver 7's tournament this summer and took 2nd place against some stout competition. Perhaps that should have been a clue to the reversal of fortune that led the Brujos to a 2 and 1 record this past autumn and sole possession of first place going into the Spring 2019 season. NM Rugby super team once again dominates in Arizona and Fall 2018 Brujos news.

For the second time this year, a temporary NM rugby team bromance has brought home the hardware from Arizona. Fans of NM Rugby and this blog may recall the Brujos and Aardvarks traveling to Flagstaff and dominating the men's social division earlier this fall. This time a team comprised of Brujos, Aardvarks, Santa Fe Santos and Las Cruces Horny Toads traveled to the Arizona Rugby Fest in Scottsdale, Az, went undefeated and took home Best on Pitch in the Men's Division 2.
